How to Reset Fitbit: An Easy Step-by-step Guide!

If your Fitbit smartwatch or tracker is still experiencing problems after restarting, it may be necessary to perform a factory reset. However, if your device is functioning properly and you wish to sell or give it away, I would recommend performing a hard reset to clear all of your user data to ensure that your personal information remains with you. But how do you factory reset a Fitbit watch?

Fitbit watches don’t factory reset the same way. All factory resetting processes are different and easy. The following are the steps for factory resetting Fitbit watches.

Final Thoughts

Most of the time, factory resetting is done to fix Fitbit problems. Apart from fixing Fitbit issues, factory resetting can be done when selling or handing the Fitbit to someone else. As you have seen, resetting your Fitbit is not difficult and can be done without the phone. I hope this post has helped you reset your Fitbit Charge, Sense, Versa, Inspire, or Luxe.
